Today I choose to fill my eyes, ears, nose, and mouth with things that I am grateful for as I align with the magnetizing power of love. 

TASTE TREATS: I will treat myself to organic strawberries, or fresh organic beet and greens juice, blueberries or an acai drink. 

All of these bright red fruits and vegetables mirror the red of my own blood and strengthen the beat of  my heart. If I can’t get these things right away, I may simply put on my tastiest chapstick, lick my lips, rub them together and lift the corners of my mouth with gratitude.

VISUAL LOVE I choose to see beauty no matter what the circumstances of my day hold. That means if I find myself in a traffic jam, I will honor the beauty of the circular shape of the steering wheel. I will look for interesting reflections in the glass. I will look for and see beautiful colors and patterns in nature and expressions of humanity and love everywhere and in all things.

SCENTUAL LOVE: I will wear my favorite scent or carry a bottle of my favorite heart opening essential oil (Jasmine, Sandalwood, Lavender, Mandarin, or Rose) in my bag so that when my heart feels dim, I can reach in and open it. Allowing the invisible waves of natural essences to fill my being with love. 

RESONANT SOUND:
I will begin to hum and relax my throat as I relish in the resonance of sound.

I will play with the sound of om, breaking it into three parts: Aaaa, Uuuuuuuu, Mmmmmmmmm, moving the sound from long to longer to longest in an ascending order. I will enjoy the flow of breath moving from my belly to my heart to my mind with the rising resonance.

I will sing and chant “Lokah Samastah Sukino Bavantu” or  “May all beings be happen, peaceful, and free.” 

SOFT TOUCH: I will enjoy the sensation of touch, whether I am massaging my scalp and hair or rubbing my shoulders to elbows up and down. Giving myself a big hug and reminding myself that I am worthy of the best kind of love. Love that is kind and nurturing, love that is respectful and communicative. Love that allows me to be who I am.

I see the love that is inside of me everywhere.

I am grateful knowing that everything in the universe is an expression of what is inside of me and I have the power to align with love.

I am open to receive the infinite flow of love.
