1. Make a decision to observe your thoughts everyday for a set amount of time. Light a candle, ring a bell, and set a timer. Have some way to signify this is sacred time and space.

Pausing to notice your thoughts is powerful because your thoughts are involuntarily creative. 95% of our waking thoughts we are not aware of and you can be sure that they are creating your reality. These thoughts have an uncanny predisposition towards negativity.

So learn to notice your thoughts. Don’t try to change them or control them. Just observe them. Recognize that they are just thoughts, they are not you.

This simple act of observation opens pathways that were previously neglected. Pathways of possibility.

Get clear and specific about what you would like to manifest. Don’t feel guilty asking for what you want.

Ask for love, financial abundance, health, and even material objects. Just be specific.

All life is holy. Desire lives in your heart because Source energy wants to experience life through you.

Build altars to express your heart’s desire. Altars anchor your intention through meaningful symbols. Symbols speak to the subconscious. The subconscious is where our limitations exist. Symbols heal, uplift, and reprogram our thoughts and beliefs about what is possible.

Let your altar be an offering of devotion to what you preparing to receive.

Choose symbols that represent the certain feeling you associate with your object of manifestation.

3. Align with Source Energy by Remembering Your True Nature

Your true nature is revealed when you move with: Gentleness, Kindness, Reverence for all life, and Service to all beings.

When you choose to move through life embodying these four qualities you will find that life rises up to meet you. You harmonize with the song of creation itself!

You are in resonance with the God Source that is infinitely loving and abundant. Become loving energy and you will begin manifesting beyond your wildest dreams because you are opening your heart to divine awareness, connection, and flow.
